Our in-house event coordination package is designed to take the stress out of your big day while keeping you in control of the vision. We’ll handle the details, vendor management, and day-of coordination so you can focus on celebrating.

Our Services
Vendor Support: Recommendations tailored to your style and budget, plus up to 3 vendor interviews and 2 post-booking meetings with vendors.
Planning Guidance: Budget creation, timeline creation, payment reminders, and ongoing best practice checklists.
Communication: Up to 6 hours of planning calls/meetings (virtual/in-person).
Day-Of Coordination: Vendor management, arrival oversight, setup/breakdown, and ceremony/reception flow (processional, music cues, cake cutting, etc.)
Investment & Payment Terms: $1,500 flat fee
$750 retainer due at signing with final balance due 30-days before your event. Additional services or changes outside package scope are charged at $150/hr.
