The DIY Package

An affordable and convenient way to celebrate. The DIY Package gives you the space and the essentials.
Included:
4 hours of total access time, including setup and cleanup*
1,200 sq. ft. covered pavilion, complete with ceiling fans and optional sidewall drop-downs for comfort in any season
Tables & Chairs in our standard family style layout*
On-site staff available to answer questions
Port-a-John restroom access; house restrooms are not included with this package.
Group Size: Up to 75 total guests
*Tables and chairs (seating for 50) may not be rearranged, and additional access time cannot be added to this package.
The Hosted Package
$975
A little more time and a lot more help. The Hosted Package gives you extra time, more flexibility, and our team is there to help get everything party-ready.
Includes everything in the DIY package, PLUS:
5 hours of total access time, including setup and cleanup (additional time $75/hr)
Customized Table & Chair Layout Choose from our available pavilion layouts, with everything set before you arrive
Solid color linens in your choice of color(s)
Staff Assistance with decorating, setup and cleanup
House access for restrooms and getting ready*
Bluetooth PA system with wireless mic, perfect for music, announcements, or toasts

The All-Inclusive Package
$3,495
You bring the graduate. We’ll handle the party. The All-Inclusive Package is for families who wants to actually enjoy graduation day instead of spending it stressing, hauling and decorating.
Includes everything in the Hosted package, PLUS:
Catered Buffet Meal - Choose from Southern BBQ, a Taco Bar, or a Charcuterie Spread
Non-Alcoholic Beverages – Water, tea, lemonade, and sodas*
Decorations include two balloon clusters in your graduate’s school colors at the pavilion entrance, a custom graduate banner, and 2027 graduate lawn display.
Graduation Photo Session – Schedule a time for your graduate’s photo any time after booking and before their party date (photographer not included)

How many people can attend?
Our graduation party packages are designed for gatherings of up to 75 people. For larger groups, please explore our Celebrations Packages
Can we decorate?
Absolutely! The all-inclusive package includes decorations, but you’re welcome to add your own décor. We’ll share decoration guidelines once you book (for example, no nails or open flames). Please note that decorating must be done during your access time; extra time can only be added to the hosted or all-inclusive packages at $75/hour.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, alcohol service can be added for an additional fee through our licensed bar options. Self-service alcohol is not permitted. Learn more here
Can we bring in outside catering?
For the DIY and Hosted Packages, you are welcome to bring in your own ready-to-serve food such as pizzas, sandwich trays, Chick-fil-A platters, snacks, desserts, etc.
Outside catering is NOT permitted. This includes catered meals, buffet setups, chafing dishes, or catered food spreads from another company — even if the food is simply dropped off or picked up by you. On-site cooking is also not permitted.
If you would like a catered meal, catering must be provided by Farm Crafted Events. Our All-Inclusive Graduation Package includes catering, or you can explore our Celebrations Packages for additional menu and event options.
The easy rule: Bring-your-own party food is welcome. Outside catering companies are not.
Are the parties indoors or outdoors?
Parties are held outdoors under our 1,200 sq. ft. covered pavilion. It’s open-air, comfortable, and designed for celebrations year-round.
What if it rains?
Parties are rain or shine. The pavilion includes sidewall drop-downs (included in your rental) that can be put in place if wet or windy weather is expected.
Can we bring in a DJ or other vendors (ice cream truck, photo booth, etc.)?
Outside vendors are welcome, but they must be a properly licensed and insured South Carolina business and coordinated with us in advance. No outside catering or alcohol is permitted.
