What’s Included:
4 hours of access to our venue (extra time can be added for $75/hour)
Chairs & tables for up to 50 guests (tablecloths not included—bring your own to match your style)
1,200 sq. ft. covered pavilion, complete with ceiling fans and optional sidewall drop-downs for comfort in any season
Dedicated party hostess to handle table & chair setup and cleanup—you bring the decorations, we’ll handle the heavy lifting
Bluetooth PA system with wireless mic, perfect for music, announcements, or toasts

Graduation Photo Session – Schedule a time for your graduate’s photo any time after booking and before their party date (photographer not included)

How many people can attend?
Our graduation party packages are designed for gatherings of up to 50 people. For larger groups, please explore our Celebrations Packages
Can we decorate?
Absolutely! The all-inclusive package includes linens, two balloon clusters and graduate year centerpieces, but you’re welcome to add your own décor. We’ll share decoration guidelines once you book (for example, no nails or open flames). Each rental includes 4 hours of access; you can add extra time for decorating at $75/hour
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, alcohol service can be added for an additional fee through our licensed bar options. Self-service alcohol is not permitted. Learn more here
Can we bring in outside catering?
For the All-Inclusive Package, food and non-alcoholic beverages are included. For the Venue Only Package, you may bring in simple food like pizzas or sandwich platters—but outside catering or on-site cooking is not permitted. If you’d like a full catering menu beyond the graduation package, we recommend booking a Celebrations Package
Are the parties indoors or outdoors?
Parties are held outdoors under our 1,200 sq. ft. covered pavilion. It’s open-air, comfortable, and designed for celebrations year-round.
What if it rains?
Parties are rain or shine. The pavilion includes sidewall drop-downs (included in your rental) that can be put in place if wet or windy weather is expected.
Can we bring in a DJ or other vendors (ice cream truck, photo booth, etc.)?
Yes! Outside vendors are welcome, but they must be a properly licensed and insured South Carolina business.
